Proactive about recognizing issues and finding viable solutions with little direction.</li><li>Excellent critical thinking skills, you know how to identify issues for escalation.</li><li>Experience with nonexempt populations, especially within Nevada and California.</li><li>You prioritize your work effectively and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills. </li><li>We are growing, and fast! Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
