Responsibilities / TasksJob Responsibilities:Will be responsible for Compression SalesResponsibilities;Customer Handling , Business Development in allocated region for GEA Products. Mapping Key customers , market information   Order Handling (Industrial compressors) Prepare and maintain updated Project details, OI / Sales target . Ensure billing, invoicing, payment collection, Un billed Revenue, outstanding payment with coordination with Commercial dept . Follow up with Customers for payment, form Collection. Coordination with Govt authorities, various agencies involved Participate in customer meetings / commercial discussions and contract preparation as required. Support Marketing team for logistic arrangement for exhibitions when required . Use of CRM, SAP and other tools for reporting real  time basis update .Specific Skills / Knowledge:Good customer contacts and information on main players in the industry.Effective communication and should be willing to work as team player.Go -No go decision for bidding processCustomer negotiation and order closure support to team depending on risk and value involvedDecision with involvement of finance / compliance and Sr Management as per degree of risk involvedYour Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in Mechanical engineering</li><li>Specialization in  Refrigeration and Air Conditioning </li><li>MBA Sales and Marketing added advantage</li></ul>Around 10+ years of Experience in a Engineering Organisation out of which preferably experience should be in Customer / Key account Handling  Experience In Ammonia Refrigeration Company  / equipment supply specifically in the Food, Dairy and Beverage shall be preferable<ul><li>Professional experience of 10+  years in leading companies involved in Sales / Design / executing low temp ammonia refrigeration / natural refrigerant based system for F&amp;B , chemical / O&amp;G market</li><li>Hands on experience in Sales Design , site execution and customer management for ammonia refrigeration system / equipment’s</li><li>Project management technical/ financial matters.</li><li>Financial / taxation knowledge</li></ul><ul><li>Languages known : English / Hindi and Marathi</li><li>Good knowledge about IT Tools for business operations</li><li>Team Player </li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
