You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:Backoffice Support <ul><li>Work with senior technical experts to create and improve documentation, gaining insights into technical standards and practices.</li><li>Conduct hands-on tests in a workshop setting to ensure documentation aligns with practical application.</li><li>Track and manage open support tickets, reviewing each case to check if solutions are available in existing documents, and drafting initial responses when appropriate.</li><li>Review and improve training materials, correcting minor errors and suggesting updates to ensure the content is complete and accurate.</li><li>Update technical documents as needed to keep information current and reliable.</li><li>Examine rework documentation, summarizing and clarifying details to improve usability.</li><li>Maintain the knowledge base so that team members have easy access to up-to-date resources.</li></ul>Technical Support <ul><li>Support remotely to onsite engineers guiding them to find the proper documentation.</li><li>Support remotely to onsite and remote engineers through the messaging platform to retrieve the required information and guide them through the debugging instructions of known issues.</li><li>Participate in training sessions and hands-on commissioning activities to build foundational knowledge of ESS product setup and initial operation, improving the ability to support technical documentation and assist engineers with commissioning-related inquiries.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have: <ul><li>Spanish (mother tongue or C1) &amp; English (B2 or higher)</li><li>You have graduated from a Spanish university within the last 3 years or are about to graduate in the next 1-2 months &amp; you have not done an internship in the past year</li><li>Engineer or technical studies, industrial, electrical, electronic or communications.</li><li>Tidy, organized, willing to learn and able to adapt to the needs of the department.</li><li>Based in Madrid or Pamplona.</li></ul>
