As a Junior Project Manager, you will:<ul><li>Be responsible for managing delivery of inspection services, involving deployment of inspection equipment and technician(s) to onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK and EU</li><li>Keep project management tools &amp; software updated daily for project planning, execution and logistics</li><li>Support colleagues on the Project Management team</li><li>Complete administrative duties such as documentation &amp; paperwork (daily progress reports)</li><li>Generate and distribute reports to the project team and key stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate, manage and support logistics, scheduling and project execution</li></ul>Requirements of the job:<ul><li>Entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and flexibility</li><li>Experience in operations, logistics, or similar</li><li>Proficiency working in Salesforce, Google sheets &amp; docs and Microsoft Office, including Teams</li><li>Must be able to handle high-level, long-term planning one moment and switch to fast-paced project execution the next</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, planning and communication skills; high attention to detail; consistent follow-through; a stellar team player</li><li>Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast, constant changes to ‘the plan’ with the ability to adapt quickly and make it seem effortless</li><li>Must be able to manage competing interests while maintaining a sense of urgency and meet frequent short timelines, goals, and deadlines</li><li>Provide weekend cover for European projects and possibly assist NAM projects</li><li>Support other PMs on weekends in an emergency</li><li>15 days on, 13 days off schedule between February 1 and October 31</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent communication skills</li></ul>Bonus points for:<ul><li>Experience with or understanding of wind energy / renewables</li><li>Practical experience utilizing process control, logistics, quality, metrics tracking, or similar systems</li><li>Experience working with international customers and cross-cultural communications</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, logistics, project management, or similar</li><li>Experience with or understanding of drones and/or aviation regulations</li><li>Experience in, or understanding of, marine logistics</li><li>Fluency in other European languages, preferably German or Spanish</li><li>IOSH Managing Safely, or similar health and safety training</li></ul>If you require a reasonable accommodation in accordance with applicable laws to assist with the job applicable or pre-employment process, please direct inquiries to People &amp; Culture at ask-people-culture @ skyspecs.com.
