You will expand our customer base, build relationships, and lead the sales process from prospecting through initial credit purchase to growth. You and your teammates are the founding team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will apply your creative problem-solving instincts to meet market demands and negotiate deals to a successful conclusion to move Patch and its products forward in our mission to rebalance the planet.<h1>What you'll tackle</h1><ul style=""><li>Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. </li><li>Facilitate deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs, possibilities, and pain points.</li><li>Champion Patch's value proposition and pitch our solution to decision-makers at organizations with bold ambitions on climate.</li><li>Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor with climate knowledge. Identify opportunities for growth and new product development to inform the company’s roadmap.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on what your customers need.</li><li>Travel occasionally for events, client visits, and internal purposes.</li></ul><h1>What makes you a great match</h1><ul style=""><li>You have proven years of experience leading complex sales cycles with companies with 1,000+ FTE from start to finish. You have a track record of exceeding sales quota in high-growth environments.</li><li>You have a results-driven approach to sales, with demonstrated excellent time management in juggling AE responsibilities: i.e. pipeline generation, relationship building, events, closing activity, Salesforce, and more.</li><li>You are excited to work cross-functionally at Patch (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to drive results for your clients and prospective clients.</li><li>You have experience successfully bringing a new product or solution to market and a proven ability to challenge the status quo.
