We ​want You to help us providing the United Kingdom with more clean energy, especially with Battery Storage Solutions! <ul><li>Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.</li><li>Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.</li><li>Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.</li><li>Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.</li><li>Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.</li><li>Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.</li><li>Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.</li><li>Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.</li><li>Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.</li><li>Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.</li><li>Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.</li><li>Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.</li><li>Prepare documentations and work instructions.</li><li>Participate in the claim management and RMA process.</li><li>Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support.</li><li>Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.</li><li>Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.</li><li>Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.</li><li>Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.</li><li>Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.</li><li>Driving license.</li><li>Willing to work on call duty AND to travel.</li><li>Work out of Sungrow UK and home office.</li></ul> Why us? <ul><li>Opportunities for career advancement</li><li>Attractive Compensation &amp; Benefits</li><li>International Working Environment</li></ul>
