Work On Climate is a leading US-based non-profit on a mission to mobilize humanity’s talent to build a regenerative green economy.
We are most known for building the world's largest online community for professionals wishing to use their talent for climate (with 32,000+ members). We have helped over 3,000 people find climate jobs, helped a similar number of founders advance their companies, and became de facto “the” climate community in the US.
However, our ambitions go much farther. We see our community as nurturing the seeds of the Climate Work Movement, which transforms each professional field into a force for regeneration through the collective action of individuals and organizations in the field (rather than simply helping individuals find meaningful career opportunities or filling workforce gaps).
