Job Description

Your Mission
As a (Senior) Product Designer, your mission is to help our customers decarbonize their buildings and tackle climate change. You will be working in a cross-functional team and standing in for design excellence – converting complex topics into a crisp and user-friendly tool.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate in cross-functional product squads, including tech and product management, to convert insights and business requirements into innovative and user-friendly designs
  • You will develop detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate team discussions, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment on design concepts
  • You will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • You will utilize your expertise in Figma to create visually appealing and functional design solutions, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders
  • You will take ownership of building and maintaining a comprehensive design system that aligns with our brand and enhances the consistency and scalability of our products
  • You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve and evolve our design processes
Your Profile
  • You have at least 2 years of expertise as a Product Designer with a background in enterprise-level web apps
  • You can develop detailed wireframes and prototypes as part of team discussions, translating ideas into tangible design concepts
  • You are comfortable to communicate your design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • You are fluent in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and the impact of your work
  • You have a good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • You have demonstrated the ability to contribute to and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows and UX principles
  • You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
